Andrew Cubitt

Andrew is a passionate leader of change and specialist in commercial & procurement, operational logistics and supply chain enhancements having led programmes to drive business improvements across the Public and Private sector. Currently responsible for all supplier spend at HS2 as the Procurement and Supply Chain Director, Andrew is experienced in deploying and managing global operational teams across the supply chain to ensure consistency of approach whilst improving value and reducing cost. As a natural creative thinker with an Engineering background, Andrew has an interest in technological improvements to deliver more efficient construction programmes and transport solutions.   He is an active member of Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and has a personal interest is low carbon drivetrain solutions.
