Kuda kadungure


Head of Procurement( Works), UK Parliament
Kuda is the Head of Procurement (Works) at the UK Parliament. He is a Public Procurement expert specialising in large capital construction projects. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and has led negotiations of complex construction contracts, concession and framework agreements. He worked on the London 2012 Olympics, Crossrail and High Speed 2 projects in the UK and tourism development projects in the UAE and has considerable experience in procurement transformation. Notably, Kuda is regularly consulted by the World Bank as a procurement expert and contributes in their annual Benchmarking Public Procurement and Doing Business Reports. Kuda holds an MBA (Warwick Business School) an LLM in Public Procurement Law and Policy (University of Nottingham) and an MSc in Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics (Salford Business School). He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS).
